Prisoners of country
"The prisoners of Beita are an integral part of its national struggle, having dedicated years of their lives in defense of the land, freedom, and dignity. The people of the town stand proudly behind their prisoners, honoring their resilience and sacrifices that form part of Palestinian history. Beita Municipality is keen to keep their cause alive in community awareness, supporting their families and strengthening their steadfastness."
The Status of Prisoners in Beita :
Prisoners represent a model of sacrifice and resilience in the face of occupation.
Beita has been, and continues to be, among the towns that have offered the largest number of prisoners in the Nablus Governorate.
Many prisoners played a prominent role in defending the town, especially in battles to protect the land.
Prisoners constitute an important part of national identity, and their presence inspires younger generations.
Support of Beita Municipality for Prisoners :
"Beita Municipality is committed to supporting the families of prisoners and providing them with facilities, and to participating in national events, in the belief that prisoners are a source of pride and national belonging."
