2- An electronic system for lending tools and equipment, including:
- Managing the lending of tools and equipment used in municipal work.
- Recording lending data in an organized way with full and searchable archiving.
- Easy tracking of tools, ensuring their return, and reducing loss or misuse.
3- A database for internal network (IP) addresses:
- Preparing an organized database for all IP addresses within the municipality.
- Linking each address to the device, location, and function to make network management easier.
- Helping respond to technical faults and improving future expansion and infrastructure management.
4- An automatic multi-location backup system, including:
- Developing an automatic backup system that runs regularly every hour.
- Saving backups in three different locations:
- Internal servers at the municipality.
- A local cloud provided by the telecommunications company.
- An external cloud (Microsoft Azure).
